World Court decision recognizing legality of Kosovo independence will open floodgate on new countries. "The ruling is expected to bolster demands for recognition by territories as diverse as Northern Cyprus, Somaliland, Nagorno-Karabakh, South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Transnistria." .
